Room in a shared flat

From 1. November 2026, I would like to start WG life and am renting out a room in my 3.5 room apartment.
This is until for now 30.04.27.

The apartment is located in Kreis 4, on the 4th floor (without lift). Regarding furniture, you would only need to bring your bed (I even have a large inflatable air mattress with a topper available) and possibly a clothes rack, depending on how much stuff you have. In the room, a 2m high Pax furniture piece with shelving and hanging options, as well as drawers, would already be present. There would also be some space in the attic to store stuff.

The living room and kitchen will then be our common rooms; we also share the bathroom. Directly above us is a large terrace with enough space for a nice get-together with friends, a view of the Uetliberg and beautiful sunsets. The terrace is accessible to everyone from the residential building and every now and then you meet your neighbors and end up in various conversations - or very often you are allowed to enjoy it alone.

The kitchen will be used a lot by me; I love to cook, especially with winter approaching, I am looking forward to stew time 😁. I live very much vegan at home and keep trying new things, whether salty or sweet :p
In the living room, I like to get into a flow state, whether that goes into creative painting or brainstorming and tackling ideas; there I can let my energy run free and let off steam. A 2x2m whiteboard serves this flow quite well :)

The larger room would be available to you (approx. 16m2+), the net rent for it is CHF 1.480.-/month incl. electricity, heating, and utilities. I do not have WLAN, my hotspot is always completely sufficient for me.

I am currently in two different training programs, in a job change and the slow buildup of self-employment. I thus value my home very much as a 'Safe Space'/'retreat' in which I can integrate many things and linger in peace. My peace means, besides meditating, doing nothing, or breathwork, just as much creative expression, singing, dancing, painting, listening to music. All that simply gives me joy and fulfills me. I very much enjoy honest, deep conversations. Topics such as community building/living, sustainability, climate,.. are very close to my heart and I often ask myself the question: how do I see myself in a community so that I contribute a positive impact.

From a shared home, I wish for a cozy, stress-free place where I can be completely myself and my roommate can too. That everyone has the well-being to always be honest in communication and that we accept and appreciate each other as who we are. That everyone feels comfortable in the space and the form of living together and can fill their space as they wish. Conversations and being together arise when it feels right for us. I look forward to us being able to learn from and take from each other, as another ride on a wave of life.

Availability : from 01.11.26 - end of April ’27
-> an extension is basically thinkable here and can then be discussed together during the course of living together ( maximum until the end of 27 )
Walking distance to HB approx. 12min, to Hardbrücke approx. 12min
