Large eight-person shared apartment is looking for a person or a couple to complete the team! Palézieux-Gare, three minutes from the station (by train, Lausanne in 15 or 23 min 5x per hour, Fribourg in 35 min) Large house on three floors with two open kitchens, three common bathrooms, private toilets + shower rooms in certain bedrooms, living rooms, verandas, collective office. Large garden with carport, pond, pétanque court, large vegetable garden, small greenhouse, chicken coop and workshop. Large multipurpose pavilion with sauna, parking spaces. Common rooms are ostensibly for smokers, except for one of the kitchens in the morning. Different rooms to choose from, rents between approximately 700 and 1200.- including charges, weighted according to the size of the room and income. The largest rooms can suit a couple. Move-in date to be agreed upon. We are currently a collective of four women and four men queer friendly, aged 33 to 45, accompanied by three cats and three chickens. We enjoy food, evenings, games, discussions, collective work, crafts. We are looking for one or more people motivated by community life, ready to invest in the house, the vegetable garden, the chicken coop (tasks on a rotation), and in relationships with the other inhabitants. Minimum two big parties per year! Desire to bring the house to life and open it up, to have common projects, ideas are welcome, everything is negotiable!
