Room in a shared flat

Small room on Langstrasse in a 2-person shared flat. 4-room apartment, old building, gets bloody hot in summer and cold in winter. Located most centrally, but therefore also rather loud. 5th floor, the kitchen is small, but there is a washing machine in the apartment. From September, at least one year, very likely with extension. - We are Two music creators, often on the go. Smoking WG!! We are both in our mid-30s. Cozy hangs in the kitchen (again: smoking WG!!), but mostly everyone goes about their own things. \- We are looking for A roommate for min. one year. Preferably someone with WG experience, arts/culture industry, easygoing and independent. You would mainly live as a pair with one roommate, and occasionally we would be three when I come back to the Ländle for work or Christmas. Rent is 850CHF (warm) with internet + whatever accumulates for common shares (detergent/olive oil/garbage bags) approx. 900CHF •⁠ ⁠Shopping possibilities (Denner / Migros / Coop) right around the corner, public transport stop is Limmatplatz or HB 10’ on foot •⁠ ⁠The apartment includes the entire 5th floor, which we have to ourselves. In the lower floors, the rooms are rented out individually •⁠ ⁠There is no doorbell / the stairwell is a bit run-down. The neighbors are all lovely, but we don't really have contact with them. •⁠ ⁠Last year, bedbugs were brought in via a neighbor. The entire house was cleaned multiple times, is clean and successfully inspected, but we want to be transparent in this regard
