approx. 19 m2, herringbone parquet, morning sun, unfurnished (except for a wardrobe, which must be taken over for free).

The beautifully renovated 5.5-room old building apartment with a modern kitchen, balcony, as well as access to a roof terrace.

The apartment is very centrally located, near Kunsthaus (5 minutes on foot to Stadelhofen).

Shared living areas: balcony, kitchen with dishwasher, living room, office room, one bathroom with WC & shower, one bathroom with bathtub & WC, washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

We are looking for
One person between the ages of 25 - 30 with flatshare experience, who is happy to join spontaneous flatshare evenings, but also respects the privacy of others.

We are
Anna and Josephine, as well as Johnny, a very easy-going & quiet Whippet.
