Vermiete meine helle und gemütliche 2.5-Zimmerwohnung mitten im Breitsch temporär vom 24. September bis 1. Dezember (eventuell auch länger - Daten und Preis verhandelbar). Ich bin in dieser Zeit im Ausland und freue mich, wenn meine Wohnung nicht leer steht.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein grosses Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie eine offene Küche mit Esstisch. Der Balkon mit Tisch und Sitzbank lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Die Wohnung lieg an einer sehr ruhigen und ausgezeichneten Lage: 2min zur Bushaltestelle (Bus 20, 7min bis zum Bahnhof), 5min zur Tramhaltestelle (Tram 9, 5 Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum), 2min zu Denner, Müller und eine 24/7 geöffnete Tankstelle, 5min zu Migros und Coop, 3min zur Autobahnauffahrt Wankdorf, und die Gelateria di Berna liegt gleich um die Ecke.

Die Wohnung eignet sich für 1 bis max 2 Personen.

I am temporarily renting out my bright and cozy 2.5-room apartment in the heart of Breitsch (Breitenrain) from 24 September to 1 December (potentially longer - dates and price negotiable). I will be abroad during this period and would be glad if my apartment didn't stay empty.

The apartment has a large living and bedroom, an open kitchen with a dining table, and a balcony with a table and bench.

The location is very quiet and excellent: 2min to the bus stop (bus 20, 7 minutes to the train station), 5min to the tram stop (tram 9, 5 minutes to the city center), 2min to Denner, Müller, and a 24/7 gas station, 5min to Migros and Coop, 3min to the highway (Wankdorf) and Gelateria di Berna is just around the corner.

The apartment is suitable for 1, max. 2 people.
