In our modern and spacious shared apartment at Oerlikerpark, a room is becoming available. **The apartment** \- 6.5 rooms on 150 m² \- 2 large bathrooms \- Modern, open kitchen \- Spacious living room \- Large balcony (35 m²) with a direct view of the park \- Washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment \- Own guest room for visitors **The room** \- Nearly 15 m² \- Direct access to the balcony \- Available from 10.09.2026 \- Rent: CHF 1'048 per month \- Indefinite tenancy **The like-new and spacious wardrobe in the room can be taken over for CHF 350.** In addition to the rent, costs of approx. CHF 80 per month for internet, Serafe, electricity, as well as the cleaning of the shared rooms are incurred. A parking space can be rented additionally if required. **We are looking for** Since we are all employed and on the go a lot during the week, we are not really a party WG. It would be all the nicer if your daily routine looks similar. We wish for an open person between mid-20s and mid-30s, who appreciates order, is a non-smoker, and feels like actively helping to shape the WG life. In summer on the beach volleyball court or on the bike, in winter on ski tours or snowboarding. Besides that, he appreciates game nights and time with friends. * Lisa (27): Studied geography, enjoys being out on running routes and with the racing bike. Moving into the WG in a few weeks.
