Temporary apartment from Nov/Dec 2026 to Jun/July 2027

I am subletting my beautiful, fully furnished 1-room apartment in the heart of Zürich for several months.
The apartment is approx. 39 m2 in size and is located only about 3 streets from Zürichsee as well as 3 streets from Bahnhof Stadelhofen and the Opernhaus.
Despite the very central location, you have your own cozy home in the middle of the city.
The apartment is bright and fully equipped and can practically be moved into directly with a suitcase. The furnishings will differ from the photos at the time of move-in, as the furniture will be replaced or changed by then.
The apartment has an open living, sleeping, and dining area. Due to the large windows and the balcony, it feels very bright and pleasant. The kitchen and living area flow into one another, while at the same time there is enough space for a proper dining area and a separate workspace.
The location is exceptionally practical for Zürich:
Zürichsee, Bahnhof Stadelhofen, Opernhaus and Bellevue are reachable on foot in a few minutes.
As a result, you have excellent connections via public transport and are also directly at the lake and in the middle of the city.
Mietdauer:
Temporary sublet from the beginning or middle of November/December 2026, presumably until June/July 2027. The exact end date can be agreed upon by arrangement.
The apartment is particularly suitable for a single person who lives or works in Zürich for a few months and is looking for a fully furnished apartment in a very central location.
I am looking for a reliable, uncomplicated, and careful person to take over my apartment temporarily during my absence.
The apartment is ideal for a single person, for example a female student/male student, a working person, or someone who lives in Zürich for a few months and is looking for a central, fully furnished apartment.
Above all, a respectful and careful handling of the apartment and the furnishings is important to me. Since the apartment is rented furnished, I wish for someone who truly feels at home here for the duration of the lease and takes corresponding care of it.
