Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new roommate (m/f) – more about the requirements for you and more about me can be found below. Attention: We remain a 2-person shared flat - just YOU and ME – You can choose between 2 rooms. -----------The apartment----------- The apartment has 4 rooms with a large living room and two balconies - one at the living room with southeast sun and one at the kitchen facing west. It is fully equipped and has everything you need. I have a very cozy couch, a large dining table, the bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and a dishwasher, we have a water filter and a Thermomix. The apartment is located at the end of a quiet street, without through traffic. The forest is 5 minutes away on foot, just like the Grossacker bus stop, which has various bus lines (7 minutes to the city center). In the Silberturm there are all kinds of shops like Lidl, Migros, pharmacy, post office, etc. -----------Your room----------- One room is approximately 10m² and costs 590 per month, including utilities. The other room is approximately 12m² and costs 650 per month, including utilities. Additional storage space for you is available in the hallway (large built-in wardrobes). Here you can store things you don't need in your room. -----------About me----------- I am Sebastian, 37 years old and work as a cook in Tübach during the week. I appreciate a quiet home very much and need a lot of time for myself, but I also want to get along well with my roommate. I describe myself as profound and open. Small talk and superficial things drain my energy. I like people who have a passion for something. People who do "their thing" without being a weirdo. Together with you, I would like to create a pleasant living situation. Peace and quiet in the evening and early morning are very important to me. I like to be spontaneous and try to live minimally and not chase status symbols. I like to ride a motorcycle. -----------About you----------- I wish for a reasonable introduction to get a first impression of you. I want someone for whom cleanliness is not a foreign word and who doesn't always have to be urged to fulfill their duties in the household. At the same time, I am also relaxed, it doesn't always have to be in top condition. I also want someone who accepts the apartment as a retreat and doesn't constantly bring visitors, but acts with consideration and good communication skills. Ideally, you are self-reflective, profound, and recognize yourself in my introduction text. You should want to live here for at least 1 year. The sublease contract can be terminated for the first time after 6 months. -----------Other information----------- The utilities include rent, electricity, gas, and internet. Additional costs are incurred through waste fees, Serafe, consumables like soap, toilet paper, etc. Additional payments for electricity and gas can occur like in any apartment. 2 months' rent deposit and a creditor information are mandatory and must be transferred before the contract begins.
