Room in a shared flat

The room/house
We are renting a room (approx. 13m2) in our small house on the outskirts of town. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobes and a desk; the bathroom is for shared use. Naturally, the living room, washing machine and kitchen are available for shared use under the rules of a shared apartment (consideration, cleanliness, etc.).

The residents
We are a patchwork family (41/39/8) with our dog Chili (Retriever). Someone is mostly at home, as we work a lot from home. Living with a child means a little more consideration (noise) and a little more tolerance (noise and order).

Who we are looking for:
The room is only rented to individual persons. The rental period is limited to a maximum of 10 weeks. To ensure that communication with the child is also possible, German language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory. Inquiries regarding long-term rentals and inquiries without reference to the advertisement and personal words will not be answered.
