The apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple, or a family looking for a modern temporary home in one of Luzern's most beautiful residential locations. The apartment was comprehensively renovated one year ago and impresses with an open, timeless living concept, high-quality materials, as well as pleasant **underfloor heating** throughout the entire apartment. The spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen offers plenty of space for living and enjoying and opens directly onto the sunny balcony.
