A room is becoming available in a 3-person shared apartment at Rue de la Borde 65 in Lausanne.

Available from 1st November (negotiable to move in now)

You will share the apartment with Esther and William, two students in their twenties. The atmosphere is calm and studious. We are looking for a female flatmate only, ideally also a student.

Room of 12 to 15 m², furnished (single bed with mattress, desk, wardrobe)

The apartment
4.5-room apartment including: 3 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, shared bathroom.

A washing machine and a dryer are also available free of charge in the building.

Rent: 600 CHF/month

• approximately 50-60 CHF/month for utilities

Location:
Migros and Denner 5min walk away.

Bus stop "Vieux Moulin" (lines 3, 16, 8, 18) in front of the apartment
Stops "Oiseaux" (line 1) and "Casernes" (lines 1, 3, 20, 21) 2min away.

Conditions
To be eligible for the lease takeover, one must be solvent or have a guarantor, and be of Swiss nationality or holder of a permit C.
