Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a female flatmate for my fully furnished 2 1/2 room apartment in Kreis 10 (near Wipkinger Bahnhof). The apartment has a large kitchen-living area and a lovely small balcony, a washing machine is available in the laundry room and of course an internet connection. The room has a built-in wardrobe and is furnished, though you are welcome to redecorate it. Most of the time I am with my boyfriend, so you can often enjoy the apartment alone. I am looking for an open, respectful female flatmate who likes plants and also enjoys taking care of them with me. A working woman who is well-established in life and perhaps looking for a second residence would be ideal. I (57) am uncomplicated, considerate and spend a lot of time hiking in the mountains.
