Room in a shared flat

I’m renting out my furnished bedroom starting 01.07 till 01.08 and would love to find someone who will fit well with our friendly group. -Please note: I won’t consider single-line requests. Tell me a bit about yourself and why you’d be a great fit for our flat! - Tenant Requirements: We’re looking for a friendly, trustworthy tenant who can get along well with my flatmates. Since this is a JUWO flat, you need to be a student or intern earning less than 30k CHF per year. - About the Room and Flat: The room is 15 square meters with a window, in a shared flat with four great people: A greek guy who’s a fantastic cook and studying in EtH, a swiss guy who’s very funny and studying at Eth too, a cool polish girl doing an internship in chemics, a cool french swiss guy whos studying law. - Location Highlights: Near Wertinsel, a beautiful island for swimming and enjoying nature. Its only 3 minutes from the train station , 3 minutes from Coop (open on Sundays)and 5 minutes from Migros - Living Situation: We’re a close group who enjoy spending time together, whether it's sharing meals, talking, or relaxing after a long day.The flat has two bathrooms, which is convenient for everyone.Our kitchen and living room are combined into one shared space, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
