Room in a shared flat

I am a woman, non-smoker, 60 years old and experienced in shared flats. I am looking for a woman as a roommate who also does not smoke and is reliable. I appreciate good conversations, but I also like to be alone. I live environmentally conscious and rather modestly. My interests: cinema (Qtopia, Filmpodium, Xenix) + MUBI and Filmingo subscription, books (Bibi Uster and PBZ), music: I have a piano with a damper and a classical guitar. I am interested in politics and a reader of Republik 🙂. The room is bright, 14m2 in size, in a sunny, spacious 4.5-room apartment, with parquet flooring throughout. The settlement was built in 1998 and is relatively quiet. Uster train station is 6 minutes' walk away. The room has its own bathroom. The room is currently partially furnished and has a large wardrobe, possibly a large bed (140cm wide) and, if needed, a small extendable desk. The apartment is on the first floor, has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, a balcony, and a semi-private loggia. In the basement, there are 2 washing machines and 2 drying rooms for house 4 (7 households), washing is possible at any time (no washing schedule). The rent includes CHF 85.- in ancillary costs (internet, TV, telephony, Serafe, electricity, hot water, and heating). I live in a housing cooperative, the neighbors are always there for each other.
