We are going on a trip and are therefore subletting our furnished apartment located at Boulevard de Pérolles 65A – 7th floor with elevator. The apartment (approx. 75 m²) consists of a large entrance hall, a living room, an equipped kitchen with balcony, two bedrooms, one of which has access to a second balcony overlooking Boulevard de Pérolles, and a bathroom with bathtub. All rooms open onto the entrance hall and can be closed. Very bright, it is perfectly suited for a couple or a shared apartment. Availability: From mid-October 2026 to mid-December 2027 (to be negotiated). Rent: CHF 1'590.- / month, utilities (heating, water, etc. and other incidental costs) and furniture included. Deposit: 3 months' rent.
