The apartment impresses with its very good location in the immediate vicinity of the hospital, public transport and the old town. Solothurn main station is within a 10-minute walk. The entrance area offers practical built-in closets for additional storage space. The living rooms are oriented towards the east and south and give the apartment a bright and friendly atmosphere. The balcony on the south side offers long sun hours. The apartment also includes a private basement compartment. A communal laundry room and a drying room are available for shared use. The washing machine installed in the bathroom can be taken over.
