As of now, we are renting out 1 room in a prime location directly near the UZH / ETH.

Here are the details:

• Lease start: As of now
• Rent: 990 CHF per month (excl. utilities)

Important:
We are looking for Young Professionals and / or students for this shared apartment.

And now about you and what you should fulfill:

• Are between 18 and 33 years old
• Are either a student or already established in professional life
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you are coming from abroad, you have at least a B residence permit

About us:

• We, NextGen Properties 🎯, are a co-living provider and thus offer shared apartments and co-livings in a total of 7 Swiss cities. 🏘️
• In our more than 160 shared apartments, over 450 young people now live - including students, apprentices, but also doctoral students as well as young people already in employment! 👨🏼🎓
• Our goal and our mission consists of offering easier and faster access to flexible housing options and thus ensuring that throughout Switzerland, everyone who is looking for a shared apartment room will indeed find one! 😊
