**Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Wohnung mit viel Platz und Licht im Wettsteinquartier unter.** Durch die ruhige und sehr zentrale Lage haben wir immer ein Ferienwohnungsgefühl :) Es ist ein Haus mit vier Parteien, alle sehr nett. Zu Fuss: 5 min zum Rhein 10 min zur Innenstadt 10 min zum Badischen Bf 4 min zum Supermarkt 1 min zu Bus & 5 min zur Tram Mit der Tram ist man in einer Viertelstunde am SBB und in 10 min mit dem Rad Es sind **drei sehr grosszügige Zimmer, insgesamt 88qm** : \- Wohnzimmer \- Ess-/Arbeitszimmer mit grossem Tisch (6 Pers. haben gut Platz), den wir für Abendessen aber auch zum Arbeiten nutzen \- Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon \- Küche mit kleinerem Esstisch (3 Personen haben gut Platz) Gasherd, Ofen, gr. Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Sprudler, Kaffee und Zugang zum Balkon \- Waschküche ist im Keller, man kann waschen wenn frei ist. Ansonsten lassen wir die Wohnung möbliert und es ist alles da :) Die Wohnung ist ab November frei. Thanks to its quiet yet very central location, it always feels a bit like being on holiday :) The building has only four apartments, and everyone is very friendly. **Walking distances:** * 5 minutes to the Rhine * 10 minutes to the city center * 10 minutes to Badischer Bahnhof * 4 minutes to the supermarket * 1 minute to the bus, 5 minutes to the tram * By tram, you can reach Basel SBB in 15 minutes, or in about 10 minutes by bike. **The apartment (88 m²) includes three generously sized rooms:** * Living room * Dining/working room with a large table (comfortably seats 6; we use it for both dinners and work) * Bedroom with access to the balcony * Kitchen with a smaller dining table (fits 3 people comfortably), gas stove, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, soda maker, coffee machine, and access to the balcony * Laundry room in the basement (shared; use when available) The apartment is fully furnished and comes with everything you need :) **Availability:** From November on.
