Room in a shared flat

Right next to the Hirschengraben, in 5min at the station and in 10 walking minutes at the Aare. :)

The room is in a 4-person shared apartment on the fifth floor with a lift at the very top of the building. The room is approx 15m^2 in size and has a normal window, as well as a cool skylight. (A second, cheaper room will also become available at the beginning of September) The apartment has two bathrooms, a large cozy kitchen and a huge living room with a hammock, fireplace, home cinema and much more :) From the living room, one can enjoy a nice breakfast on two small balconies with a view of the Gurten.
Since we are the only inhabited apartment in the building, we have our own laundry room with a tumble dryer in the huge attic, which also belongs to the apartment. Additionally, we have a bicycle cellar and a wine cellar.

We are looking for an open-minded, enterprising and uncomplicated person, with whom one can occasionally drink a beer or tea, chat while eating, or go swimming in the summer and drink mulled wine at the Christmas market in winter. We place great value on cleanliness, which in a shared apartment means that one does not only look out for oneself but thinks independently ;)

We are currently two people, but will hopefully be four again soon :)
Rafi 37 is an environmental scientist and comes from the Berner Oberland. He can often be found on rocks or on touring skis and tries his hand occasionally at slacklining and acroyoga. But he also likes to sit on the balcony and play something beautiful on his guitar.
My name is Severin 36, studied mechanical engineering, but has been working as a landscape gardener for a year and originally comes from Luzern. Also a passionate mountain climber. Most of the time I go climbing or bouldering (in winter a lot at Bimano, where Rafi can also regularly be found :) in winter ski tours, fly a paraglider or occasionally jump out of a plane. I like to spend my evenings dancing (Salsa, Bachata...) and enjoying life to the fullest.
We are a colorful and fun, mixed group, all independent and also need our personal space from time to time, but enjoy living together and spontaneous chats, dinners or occasionally a party/rave :) We are super uncomplicated, open and sleep like bears in winter, so that one does not already have to whisper at 10pm or be afraid in the morning that one wakes someone up.
