4 ½ rooms apartment

We live in our beautiful multi-story community house on the outskirts of Winterthur and in the middle of the vineyard. We are 4 adults (between 26 and 39 years old), 2 children (5 and 8 years old), 7 chickens and are looking for 1 additional family to fill and bring our house to life. We are looking for an open and uncomplicated family who enjoys communal living, tinkering, cooking, spending time and gardening. The available 4.5 room apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and is spacious, bright and has its own balcony, bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, the communal rooms on the ground floor of the house can be used. Each floor of the house has a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom. Furthermore, there are several communal rooms, a children's play area, a sauna and a huge garden with fruit trees and vegetable beds, which are just waiting to be cultivated by motivated hands. The house is self-managed and therefore offers great freedom with regard to the house and garden. The move-in date is expected to be possible from October. The rent includes all ancillary costs.
