Room in a shared flat

In my beautiful, spacious 3 1/2 room apartment, a room with its own shower/WC and washbasin is available for rent immediately, or by arrangement. Washer/dryer are available in the apartment, everything is fragrance-free. My large vegan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a mixer, juicer and much more. The room has direct access to the cozy seating area; surrounded by lots of nature, the three-family house is located in a quiet quarter. Numerous shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. The train station is reachable in 10 min. on foot, the bus in 5 min. The Rütiwald and also a beautiful park for strolling and relaxing await you in the immediate surroundings of your new home. I wish for a person who does not smoke and is fragrance-free. Likewise, assistance with the apartment cleaning would be welcome.
