The apartment is approximately 70m2, has 2 WEST-facing bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms (1 shower+WC and 1 bathtub+WC) as well as a large living room with its EAST-facing balcony, ideal for morning coffee to the sound of sheep bells. The building is recent and well soundproofed. A few pieces of furniture will be left in the apartment, notably the washing machine as well as the TV stand (with the shelves above), the price will be discussed (candidates accepting the takeover of the furniture will be preferred).
