Room in a shared flat

Hi everyone

I have taken over this room from 1 October, but I can only move out of my current place on 1 December. So I am looking for someone to take the room in between.

Move-in and length are flexible: You can move in on 1 October, but also later in October or in November. And if you do not need the whole period, leaving earlier works too. You only pay for the time you actually stay, calculated per day. The only fixed point is the end: I move in myself on 30 November 2026, so no extension is possible.

The room: 13.4m2, bright, parquet, new building (2024). Basically furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe, everything you need for a few weeks without renting a van. The rest of the furnishing only happens once I move in myself, so the room is deliberately plain. Bring your own bedding.

The flat: 110m2, two bathrooms, balcony, very bright and quiet, washing machine and dryer inside the flat, dishwasher, lift, cellar, bike parking, broadband. Common areas fully furnished.

Your flatmates: Jessica (CH, 25) and Carles (ES, 31): social, sporty, into cooking together, snowboarding, dancing, spontaneous evenings. Both very clean and they care about it. English and German are both spoken.
It is only a few weeks, but this is not a Zweck-WG. You will meet them before anything is agreed.

Rent: CHF 1350 per month incl. utilities (regular rent CHF 1'525). Partial months pro rata, around CHF 45 per day. Fixed-term sublet that ends without notice.

A good fit if: you are new to Zurich and want time to find something long-term, doing an internship or exchange semester, between two flats, or in Zurich for a short project.
