Hello, I am looking for a new roommate ready to share my 4-room triplex accommodation with me. It is ideally located in the heart of Lausanne, with an entrance on the Métro m2 side 15 metres from the building and an entrance on the Riponne side at rue Haldimand. The flatshare works as follows: the apartment is over 3 floors, you have exclusive use of the two upper floors + access to the common kitchen. I occupy the bottom floor. The rent is 2'000 CHF, including common building charges. Electricity, internet and others are to be provided. The flatshare is with a 26-year-old man, entrepreneur and working at the apartment all week. He often goes on trips during weekends and long weekends. The flatshare is respectful of private spaces and takes place in a good atmosphere and with good communication. Atypical profiles accepted by the management.
