1 ½ rooms apartment

☀️ Beautiful 65 m² 2-room apartment in our “Haus am See” WG — incl. cleaner 🏡 Hello, I’ll be away for a few months and am therefore looking for someone nice to temporarily take over my 65 m² apartment in our “Haus am See” in Pfäffikon ZH. And yes… the name is quite literal. The lake is about 50 metres from our front door. 😄🌊 The apartment itself is a private 2-room apartment on the ground floor, with your own kitchen and bathroom. My house mates call it “the loft”. So you have your own space and privacy whenever you want — but at the same time, you’re part of a pretty special shared house and can join the others whenever you feel like it. The entire house is around 600 m² and comes with quite a few nice extras: two living rooms, three kitchens, four bathrooms, a cinema area, a small gym, sauna, jacuzzi, vegetable garden, a large terrace, garages and parking spaces. Oh, and a cleaner is included — because life is simply too short to argue about cleaning schedules. 😂 📍 We’re right in the centre of Pfäffikon ZH, in a very quiet location directly by the lake. The train station is around 5 minutes away and Zurich is about 30 minutes by train or car. The house is divided into three parts. A lovely family with two adults and two children lives upstairs. On the ground floor, there is our main WG and my separate apartment. We’re an international mix, speak mainly English and German (and some French), and enjoy having a friendly, open and relaxed atmosphere in the house. The apartment will be available from 1.9. a bit later possible too- until the end of February 2027. The exact dates are fixed once agreed. 💰 Rent: CHF 1,780/month, including cleaner I’m looking for someone open-minded, respectful and easy-going, ideally between 25 and 40, who enjoys living in a social environment but also appreciates having their own private space.
