Room in a shared flat

WG room for rent in 3-person shared flat. We are currently 50, woman and man, 33 There is a large room, 17 m2 for rent. It is quiet and very sunny facing south with a great view, on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room, bathroom/WC, and a kitchen as well as the large outdoor area with terrace, garden, and parking. From here you can see as far as Sternenberg. There is sun from morning to evening. Whoever wants can participate in self-sufficiency from the garden. We are looking for a woman or man, any age, social, non-smoker, no drugs, normal alcohol consumption, considerate, animal-loving or at least tolerant, as there are two free-roaming cats and chickens in the garden. The communal life can be defined as nothing is a must, everything is possible. This means you can live for yourself or, if you like, fully participate. The housekeeper position can be taken over on request. Deposit 2 months' rent.
