Room in a shared flat

Hi :) I’m moving out of my room at the end of May and looking for someone to take over starting June 1st (possibly to also move in before). 📍Location: Köchlistrasse 35, 8004 Zurich (150m to tram station Kalkbreite / Bahnhof Wiedikon or 18 minute walk to HB) 🏡Flat: * CHF 1’718 per month (including utilities) * 4th floor (stairs or elevator) * Unfurnished room * Private rooftop * Bathroom shared with one more person * Washing machine/tumbler in the flat 👥WG: you’ll be living with two really cool and clean guys. They’re both in their late 20s and hard working. They’re easy going, easy to chat to, and include you in activities if they have their friends over (rooftop bbqs, champions league nights, etc.). They both speak Swiss German and English fluently.
