The apartment is located only about 5 minutes walking distance from the city center as well as from the Olten Hammer station. Olten main station can be reached on foot in approx. 10–15 minutes. A bus stop with a direct connection to the main station is located only about 1 minute walking distance away.

The apartment is located in a small 2-party rental house and offers a pleasant and quiet living situation.
