Room in a shared flat

Since my shared apartment is dissolving, I am looking for new roommates.

About me: I am 23 years old and work a classic 9-to-5 job. In my free time, I like to be on the go, meet friends, or enjoy the city. At home, I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere and like things to be tidy.

Yanick is 23 years old and is moving in on October 1st. In his daily work life, he works in product management. He likes to spend his free time outdoors, whether doing sports or with friends. Respectful interaction with one another is important to him.

Now we are both still looking for another person who would like to move in with us starting November 1st.

We look forward to letting a new, uncomplicated shared apartment emerge!

About the apartment

• Modern apartment, completely renovated three years ago
• Two balconies, one of them directly by your room
• Two bathrooms:
• one with shower, WC and washbasin
• one with bathtub and washbasin
• Bright rooms
• Super location
• Garage rentable for an additional CHF 150.– per month
• Pets allowed after consultation with the landlord MLG
• Total rent CHF 2’550.–
• Price for your room: CHF 950.–

Room

The vacant room is 15 m² in size and has its own balcony. The last four pictures show the room.

Important: The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. However, the pictures are from January 2023. If you would like current pictures of the furnishings, feel free to write to me :)

Move-in: from November 1st, 2026
