Room in a shared flat

We are renting out a large furnished room in a 3-person shared apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view on the 13th floor in Spreitenbach, starting from 26.09.2026.

Spreitenbach is located near Zürich and offers direct connections with public transport. In the immediate vicinity are the largest shopping center Shoppi Tivoli, the Pathé cinema, and IKEA.

A kitchen and a bathroom/WC are for shared use.
Laundry rooms and drying rooms in the building are available for shared use 24/7.

Rent is CHF960 per month for one person including service charges, electricity, Serafe, and internet access; minimum duration is 4 months, shorter periods are possible for an additional charge.

We are looking for quiet tenants who are very mindful of cleanliness. Non-smokers are preferred.
