Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a cozy room in my spacious 4.5-room apartment. The room can be taken furnished upon request. Although it is rather small, the apartment offers plenty of space to feel at home: a large, very bright living room, a spacious foyer with a dining area, a beautiful balcony as well as – if you like – the possibility to also share the office. Additionally, we have two bathrooms. As a designer, I have furnished the apartment with love, high-quality items, and a great sense of detail. It is important to me that one feels at home – not just living alongside one another. **Location** The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery and close to the forest – perfect for breathing deeply and going for walks. At the same time, you can get anywhere very quickly: In approx. 10 minutes you can reach the train station and the center of Zürich-Altstetten. With the 80 bus, you are directly at ETH Hönggerberg or at the main station in around 15 minutes. And in approx. 30 minutes, you are practically anywhere in the city center or at the ETH/Uni Zentrum. A super combination of nature and good connections. **What we share:** * large living room * foyer with dining area * kitchen * bathroom with WC + separate WC * balcony * optional office (by arrangement) **Who I am looking for:** I am looking for a female flatmate who is sympathetic, open, and interested in communal living. I would find it nice if we see each other from time to time, cook together once in a while, or drink a coffee on the balcony – without compulsion, but with a good atmosphere. Orderliness is important to me. A cleaning service comes regularly; we would share the costs (these are already included in the service charges).
