Room in a shared flat

I, 46 (m), am looking for a roommate for a 2-person shared apartment. Sorry, the photos are not top-notch, but the apartment is very beautiful! :-) It is a spacious 4.5 room apartment with approx. 125 square meters. It is on the ground floor and there are also pleasant temperatures in the apartment even in summer. Nice garden seating area with a small lawn. A dog or a cat would also be conceivable, but I have no pets. Directly next to the garden seating area, there is a car shelter where possibly a second car could also be parked behind it. The apartment is approx. 5 minutes on foot from the Deisswil train station. The apartment has a large living and dining area as well as an open kitchen with a dishwasher. Your room is 16 square meters in size, bright and with a view of the garden. Another room could be used as an additional office and guest room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Apart from your room, the apartment is furnished. In the cellar, there is an additional heated hobby room that can be used for music or sports. (Practicing an instrument would be possible around the clock.) The cellar compartment is spacious and there is a private laundry room with a tumble dryer available. The rent including service charges is 2‘279.-, whereby due to the electric boiler, almost 100.- per month for electricity will be added. Basically, I imagine a half-and-half split. However, if you only want to use a smaller part of the apartment or possibly only the room as a weekly resident, we can discuss the price. I am 46 years old. I work as a master baker and am therefore dependent on being able to sleep regularly during the day as well. Of course, I also respect your quiet hours. Otherwise, I also look forward to cooking, eating, and being together. I imagine a roommate aged 30 to 60 years. However, I would also rent the room to a younger person as a student room for a weekly resident.
