2 rooms apartment

Are you still looking for a place for August? My spacious 2-room apartment right next to Kocherpark is available for sublet for the entire month of August. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, has a living room with a balcony, a quiet bedroom, a spacious kitchen (perfectly equipped!) and a bathroom with a bathtub. I am traveling in August and am looking for someone to live at my place and also occasionally water the plants. The rental price includes utilities + Wifi. In the immediate vicinity are: Coop, Migros, Denner, public transport (5 different lines), the Bern main station, great cafés, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Move-in date flexible (earliest on 1. August). Move-out date at the latest on 4. September. Viewing by arrangement. (Please only inquiries for fixed-term tenancies - There is no possibility to stay in the apartment longer.)
