Room in a shared flat

Hello :) In our newly founded shared flat at Weinbergli 6, one room is still available as of 1 September or by arrangement. The **3.5-room** apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with a beautiful garden, which can be shared. It has a renovated kitchen, a bathroom, three rooms, and direct access to the garden. The location is near the Ufschütti and the Wagner. So perfect for you if you like being at the lake in summer. Luzern station is approx. 10min away (by bus or bike), meaning you can get to the Uni or the Hochschule just as quickly. **The available room has 8.4 square meters** and a great view of the small patch of forest that belongs to the apartment. This is managed by a forester, so we don't have to deal with it directly, but we are welcome to use it. :) In summer, it is certainly the coolest room as it never gets direct sun. We will convert the entrance into a living room and also make the kitchen a place where everyone can fit comfortably. Additionally, the beautiful natural garden can, of course, be used in summer. **About us:** We, Pascal (21 he/him) and Lenja (20 she/her), know each other from our four years of training in the graphic specialist class, also in Luzern, and are both now returning to Luzern for our studies. Lenja grew up in Sarnen and has already lived in a shared flat in Berlin. Additionally, she lived in Ko Samui, Thailand, for an extended period, where she trained in Thai boxing. This September, she begins her studies in Mediation of Art & Design at the HSLU. In her free time, she still goes Thai boxing. :) Additionally, Lenja likes being in nature and travels a lot. Like Lenja, I am a graphic designer and will begin my architecture studies in September. I grew up in the Canton of Aargau, but have already lived in shared flats in Wien and Basel. Alongside my studies, I work on various graphic assignments and as a ski instructor in the winter. Otherwise, I also like being in nature but can also frequently be found at concerts. :) We are looking for a person between 20 & 25 who can imagine living in the described room despite the spatially not optimal conditions. Of course, the room can be viewed in advance. We are planning a cozy shared flat life; order and nice furnishings are important to us. However, we look for our furnishings mainly on Ricardo and in second-hand shops. Many things will already be present when you move in, others will still be missing. But the most important things like kitchen utensils etc. will already be there. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own furniture and contribute to the design of the apartment. We are both cheerful people who are always open to a conversation or an activity if time permits. At the same time, mutual consideration is important to us so that we all feel comfortable.
