Room in a shared flat

For reasons of time and nerves, I will only consider interested parties for whom the stated conditions are acceptable (buying the furniture, helping with the cleaning schedule, renting longer, if the house is not demolished!) The WG room will be handed over with most of the furniture (certainly desk, sofa and bed). The price for the furniture can still be negotiated. The highlight of our 5-room WG is the sporty living room, in which you can watch movies or dance/do sports or simply read on the sofa. Our incredibly great old building apartment in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood also has a dining room and various kitchen appliances, all of which you may use. You will have plenty of space; the WG is large and well-lit, a true treasure. We are very open and uncomplicated, but expect a normal level of cleanliness, sufficient decency and respect. Your roommates are two young, strong women. Very social and integrative, but also very busy (an ETH student in her beginning doctorate and a newly starting finance-economics student). I am moving to Basel myself for the next few years to begin my sports studies there. It is with a heavy heart that I must say goodbye to this WG. I have never loved a home as much as the apartment in Beckhammer 12. The price is actually even cheaper than indicated here; you don't find something like this in Zürich anymore. I want a person who appreciates this apartment as much as I have, because it was truly the greatest find of my life & it is hard for me to leave. **WG room from the start of the semester in mid-September!!** I am looking for a young person between 20 and 35 who wants to take over my room with the agreed furniture. The furniture is perfect for the room & it will be sold to you at a good, mutually negotiated price. The current situation is as follows: **According to the landlord, the house will be demolished at the end of January 2027**. This has been said before & then postponed by one year. So there is a chance that it will happen again (which we are also counting on a bit, as we have received new kitchen appliances, but there is no fixed confirmation yet that it will be postponed again). **My roommates only want someone who would want/could continue to keep the room in the event of another postponement!** Please write for viewings & inquiries.
