Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my furnished worker's room. The room has its own bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is shared with only one other person from the neighboring room, which is currently vacant. So, you currently have it all to yourself. The notice period is one month in the first three months, and three months thereafter. The rent including utilities as well as electricity and Wi-Fi is 900 CHF; a parking space can be rented additionally for 50 CHF if required. The deposit is one month's rent.
