Apartment is on the 1st floor with balcony, normal kitchen and shower. Cellar compartment in the UG, shared laundry room in the UG available, including drying room. The furnishings include an electrically height-adjustable desk which was not used by the current subtenant due to lack of space; please indicate if you would like to have this in the apartment. In addition, there are city costs of approx. 40.- / month for waste etc.
