Room in a shared flat

I would like to form a holiday shared apartment with 4 people 50+ in Jenins, which belongs to the Bündner Herrschaft 660müM, the gateway to Graubünden.
The apartment is 130m2 and costs around 2400 Fr. In addition to a large living room with a fireplace, it has 4 bedrooms on the top floor. The apartment has spectacular distant views, a patio and balconies.
The idea is that we become friends and also undertake hikes etc. together. Visits are welcome. Mindful, creative and non-smoking people 50+ preferred. Not suitable for pets and children.
