A very cozy single room for long-term subletting awaits you in a modern, well-maintained, and secure multi-family house in the center of Gisikon (CH-6038). We are an existing, integral, and well-organized four-person shared apartment (WG) that has, for over a dozen years, made it possible to share a high standard of living (also for home office) with like-minded adults with an open-minded cultural attitude and to regularly undertake social gatherings or excursions together.

The generous usable area of the apartment is 320m2. It extends across the entire fourth floor of the house and is accessible via lift or stairs. The bright and high-ceilinged living area comprises 250m2 and is divided into six and a half rooms as follows: a large entrance area with a cloakroom and shoe cupboard, a light-flooded living area with an open and modernly equipped kitchen (incl. fully automatic coffee machine), an office (incl. printer corner), a stylish main bathroom with double washbasin and bathtub, a second bathroom with shower, as well as four private WG rooms. Additionally, we have a 75m2 large panorama balcony terrace decorated with plants with a view, a well-maintained vegetable garden, a Weber gas grill, as well as high-quality and stylish garden furniture with everything needed to invite you to linger.

The shared living area features a beautiful slate tile floor, is equipped throughout with underfloor heating and is silently air-conditioned to pleasant temperatures in the summer. The living room is furnished in a modern "British" style and includes two comfortable couches, a curved TV with soundbar speaker, a pool billiard table, a charming whiskey bar, as well as a well-lit reading corner. Furthermore, the entire living area is supplied with 100Mbit/s WLAN, the cleaning of the common areas is carried out weekly (excluding the bedrooms), and you are free to take on cleaning duties yourself. Of course, the apartment also has a ventilated laundry room with a washing machine and dryer as well as corresponding hanging facilities.

Your personal bedroom is a dreamy 24.1m2 in size, features a walk-in wardrobe (incl. shelving units) and is equipped with a dark, elegant oak parquet floor, its own underfloor heating temperature control, as well as a large, two-wing double window door. Furthermore, your unfurnished bedroom features electrically operated Venetian blinds as well as the usual connections (electricity, internet, and a multimedia socket). Also included is a shared and also unfurnished, exterior-oriented terrace of 21.7m2 that is accessible from two rooms.

Available for shared use are a separate and lockable cellar compartment (incl. shelves), a permanent indoor parking space for light two-wheelers (approx. 2m2 in size, incl. bicycle stand), a common drying room, the neighborhood garden with a children's playground, as well as various visitor parking spaces.
