Beautiful room in a newly founded shared flat available 🏡✨ I am founding a new shared flat and am looking for a lovely, open female flatmate who wants to create a cozy home together. Room & Apartment: The room is unfurnished and offers you your own retreat. The apartment has a separate guest toilet as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Before moving in, the apartment will be slightly refreshed: According to the landlord, the tiled stove in your room will be removed and the walls and ceiling will be freshly painted white. Location: The apartment is located very practically: Right next door is a large Coop for daily shopping. A bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity and takes you directly to Zürich Hauptbahnhof. The connection is therefore ideal if you work in Zürich or like to be in the city quickly. About me: I am w30 years old and work in the HR sector. I am an open, warm, and uncomplicated person and wish for a shared flat where you feel comfortable and enjoy coming home. Respectful and mindful interaction is important to me. Of course, everyone should have their own space and opportunities to retreat, but I would be happy if we don't just live next to each other, but also occasionally cook together, drink a coffee, do something together, or just have a cozy chat. Mietvertrag: Since we want to get to know each other first and see if living together works for both of us, I would initially sign a fixed-term contract. If we notice that it works well, we can gladly convert it into an open-ended contract afterwards.
