Likely extension of the sublease or possibility of taking over the apartment as main tenants as of summer 2027. The location is excellent: the tram stop is right outside the front door, and the Limmat River, as well as various cafés and shopping options, are just a few minutes away. Zurich Main Station can be reached by tram or bike in about 10 minutes. The apartment also includes a spacious basement storage unit as well as access to a locked bike room and a stroller storage room. A parking space can be rented additionally if needed.
