A very tidy, clean and sympathetic subtenant or roommate between the ages of approx. 20 and 60 is sought. Reliability, cleanliness as well as a good sense of order are required. A furnished room including its own small bathroom is being rented. The following rooms are available for shared use: - Large bathroom with laundry tower - Modernly furnished kitchen - Living room with TV / Internet - Spacious balcony with cozy rattan lounge Lease start: Immediately or by arrangement. The rental price is understood to include service charges and insurance. The heating costs will be charged separately at CHF 60.– per month.
