Due to a job change, I am looking for a subtenant for this beautiful and modern 2.5 room apartment as of September 2026. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet in the Museumsquartier. The bus stops Singenberg and Olma Messen can be reached on foot in 4 minutes each. The old town is within 10 minutes walking distance with various entry points. The bright apartment has 1 bathroom with shower, a combined unit (washing machine/dryer), a living room, a bedroom and a study corner. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances (induction stove). The small but fine balcony is facing south-west. In addition to the basement compartment, the property has a bike cellar and its own disposal station for paper, cardboard, glass, plastic and PET. If desired, I would be happy to take over certain furniture such as the sofa (4 years old, no stains or damage), coffee table and a small shoe cabinet (if needed, no must).
