Room in a shared flat

For our 6-person shared flat, we are looking for a new flatmate who is outgoing and appreciates respectful coexistence. The room is 12 m² in size, bright, with morning sun and a beautiful view of the garden. The room is available from 1 September. If required, it can also be moved into earlier by arrangement. It is located in a large single-family house with a spacious living room, kitchen with dining room, TV room, garage/workshop with bar, veranda, very large garden, three bathrooms, laundry room with tumble dryer, cellar, fire pit, parking possibility etc. Living in the shared flat are Luca (electrical engineer), Elodie (psychologist), Silva (psychology student), Kilian (psychology student) and Carine (psychologist). We are between 23 and 30 years old. We all have different hobbies, but we all enjoy going out or also enjoy staying cozily at home. Since we have a large garden, you should also be willing to occasionally help maintain it.
