3 ½ rooms apartment

**Please read before messaging.** Very central flat, fully furnished, 3.5 rooms. More photos by request. 5min to Sihlcity, Google and 5min to Paradeplatz by tram. Cheminee and modern kitchen. Rooftop but no balcony. Fiber internet. Machine downstairs with flexible plan. I have a portable AC for hot days :) Move in date from now until November or by agreement. (Not suitable for WG/flatshare and not safe for small children) Important: there is a construction side next door, from 7.30am - 16.30, MO to FR. Sometimes it is quite loud, sometimes not. So if you work from home every day, it might not be the right place. If you are interested pls let me know **what dates you would like to sublease and a bit more about your situation - I won't respond without this information.** **I also speak (Swiss) German :)** Viewing is possible asap, the coming week. Only to non smoker since no balcony. There is a rooftop however.
