Room in a shared flat

We are renting out a bright and cozy furnished room on the 1st floor of our large and friendly shared apartment in Wädenswil. Our shared apartment extends over two floors and a total of 10 people live here. Among them are also some students from the ZHAW. On the 1st floor, there are six bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. On the 2nd floor, there is an additional kitchen and a bathroom that can be used by all roommates. Although we are a larger shared apartment, the atmosphere with us is relaxed, warm and uncomplicated. We get along well, enjoy spending time together and at the same time respect the privacy and personal space of each individual. With a shared cleaning plan, we also ensure that the common rooms remain clean and cozy. Our highlight is the large shared living room with fireplace 🔥 – the perfect place to eat together, chat or simply spend a cozy evening together. With us, there is space for both sociability and peace. You can join the others in the kitchen or the living room at any time, but you can just as easily close the door behind you and enjoy your peace.
