Room in a small studio and practice community For our small studio and practice community in Zürich, we are looking for a third person who appreciates a beautiful, quiet workspace and a well-maintained environment. We are a psychologist and an Art Director working in different fields, with a shared affinity for design, aesthetics, and a pleasant working atmosphere. We can well imagine someone from design, photography, film, text, architecture or art, as well as from management consulting, law, psychology, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis. The bright room is 18.1 m² in size, has parquet flooring and offers a beautiful view over the city and lake. The shared reception area, forecourt and WC are for shared use. The room is rented unfurnished. The furniture visible in the photos belongs to the previous tenant. CHF 1'120.– per month incl. service charges and cleaning The rooms are intended for quiet activities during the usual office hours from Monday to Friday. A dog is also part of our community, which is regularly in the practice. Therefore, no other dogs can be brought along.
