Room in a shared flat

We are two women over 50, living in a terraced house in the beautiful Schoren-Quartier and are very much on the go. In winter, we head to warmer climates and therefore rent out our home during this time. This will likely be the months of January, February and March 2027, but an earlier or longer stay is also conceivable. The rent would depend on which rooms are used (the specified Fr. 1'000.- is an approximate guide for a single person). Furthermore, we are considering whether to restructure our shared apartment and reallocate the rooms so that space would be created for another person. For example, everyone could live on their own floor, but this would also mean that everyone has their own living room and there is no longer a shared one. Depending on the floor and whether you want to take it over furnished or empty, the rent would be between Fr. 700.- and 1'000.-. We are looking for an uncomplicated, open-minded and friendly person for whom respectful interaction with one another as well as a clean home is important (just as we are). Our house looks as follows: \- 3. Stock: fully developed attic with large roof room "Loft" \- 2. Stock: two separate bedrooms as well as a WC with washbasin \- 1. Stock/house entrance level: kitchen, cloakroom, dining room and living room (the wall in between is broken through, so it is a large L-shaped room with 2 doors to the hallway) \- Parterre/garden level: bathroom with shower and bathtub, our "dressing room" as well as a large laundry room with access to the garden The gardens and the facade have just been redone. The terraced house is near the forest, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the city center, and only slightly longer to the Uni SG.
