In my spacious and bright **96 m² apartment in Kreis 4**, a room of approx. **16 m² with its own balcony** is becoming available. I am looking for a sympathetic person as a roommate – commuters (Wochenaufenthalter:innen) are also very welcome. The apartment is located directly by the Kasernenwiese and less than 10 minutes on foot from Zürich HB. Despite the very central location, the spacious apartment offers plenty of space and retreat options for two people. **Room & Apartment** The room for rent is approx. **16 m² in size, unfurnished, and has its own balcony**. Since I also prepare lessons at home and work for my studies, I am regularly at home and appreciate a quiet and pleasant living environment. **An orderly and clean home is very important to me**, which is why I am looking for someone who feels similarly and treats the apartment with respect. At the same time, I do not wish for a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG). It would be nice to have an uncomplicated togetherness where people get along well, eat together occasionally, go out for a drink, or sometimes do something together – while both naturally have their own lives and sufficient retreat space. I live vegan myself. You do not have to be vegan, but it would be nice if someone lives rather plant-based or shows some consideration in the case of a very meat-heavy diet.
