I am looking for a roommate for my 3.5-room apartment in Bern. The rent includes ancillary costs as well as water, electricity, and TV/Wifi. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need to live. The room is available for rent immediately or by arrangement. Short- and long-term tenants are welcome. About me: I am 33, a biologist, and moved to Bern with my young dog 1.5 years ago. The apartment is a bit too big for us, which is why we are now looking for company. We are quiet, tidy, and value respectful interaction with each other. I like to cook, go for walks with my dog, or spend time with my friends. About you: You are tidy, friendly, and animal-loving, and are looking for a home where you can spend time together in a relaxed way, but also have your own space. Age, gender, and origin are completely irrelevant, as long as you are considerate and respectful of your surroundings, fellow humans, and dogs. You are not looking for a party shared apartment, but you enjoy it when friends are invited over for dinner from time to time. Since the apartment is already fully furnished, the room is more suitable for weekday residents or people who don't have a lot of belongings. About the apartment: The apartment is bright and quietly located in a small neighborhood between Holligen and Weissenbühl. Walking distance to Europaplatz and Inselspital, 2 minutes on foot to Lidl and the Steigerhubel tram stop. The residential building has a communal garden, washing machine/dryer/drying room, and bike storage room.
